Our project is located in the unique Edremit region of Kyrenia, surrounded by olive trees that have taken root in our country for centuries. The project is intertwined with nature and consists of a total of 23 villas, 13 of which can optionally have pools built.

PROJECT FEATURES
The location of our project, which will provide quick and easy access, is situated to the north of the Kyrenia western ring road.
All villas have their own private garden area, a fireplace in the living room, and parking spaces within their own plots.
All villas have a separate laundry room, a storage room under the stairs, a garden storage area, a ground floor WC+shower, and a room on the ground floor that can be used as a bedroom or office.
The smallest bedroom in our project has a spacious and comfortable design of 16 m²; all bedrooms in the villas are en-suite.
Our site has a common swimming pool measuring 31m x 8m and an activity hall serving the pool.
Within the green area, there is a chess playing area, basketball court, walking path, and children's playground.
